Wedding Ceremonies
Exchange your vows on board the S.S. Sicamaous in your choice of several distinctive and beautiful settings, from the various saloons and galleries to the bow or stern decks, or in our beautiful adjacent lakeside park. We can accommodate anything from small, intimate ceremonies to weddings of up to 100 guests.

Wedding Receptions
From large gatherings to receptions for just immediate family and a few friends, we can accommodate you on board the S.S. Sicamous. We have several areas of the ship available for the exclusive use of your wedding reception. Enjoy inspiring views of Okanagan Lake from some areas, as well as elegant surroundings throughout the ship.

Wedding Banquets
In its day the SS Sicamous’ dining room offered the most sophisticated dining in the British Columbia interior, with elegant appointments, superb service and extraordinary fare. The restoration has maintained the superb decor and surroundings of this historic setting. You are welcome to bring your own caterer on board (please have the cater check with the ship’s manager for requirements) or we can recommend excellent caterers for you to contact.

You can select from renting the entire vessel including use of the park; a complete deck; or a section of the vessel.
Please have a look at the ship’s floor plan. One recommendation: book as soon as possible – From May through September the ship is often booked up. Also please note that due to community events, the ship may already be committed.

The Park
The ships of the S.S. Sicamous Inland Marine Museum rest in a beautifully landscaped park setting alongside Okanagan Lake , complete with it’s own small cove and beach. This park provides a beautiful and unique outdoor setting for weddings with the S.S. Sicamous, S.S. Naramata and the stern saloon of the S.S. Okanagan for a backdrop. There is ample room to set up awnings and tents for the comfort of your guests.
